Venue: Online Event

Leadership is seen as a critical success factor in business, but what happens when you add a pandemic into the mix!

We are living in unprecedented times; some kind of threshold is approaching though we aren't sure what it is nor how it will impact us and our businesses. We will share a few thoughts about what this means for us as leaders of businesses. What will we need to do that we might not be doing now? What action can we take to support the productivity, resilience and sustainability of our business and the people we work with?

Hear about the real life journeys our business leaders have been on through the pandemic. We will provide insight into what it has been like from a leadership perspective navigating furlough, temporary closure, virtual leadership, site relocation as well as the challenges involved in recruiting. We will hear first-hand how the leadership of the business has adapted to the pandemic challenges.
