Carter Towler and AWS have negotiated the letting of Unit 4A, Data Drive, South Kirkby Business Park to Deltec International Courier, on behalf of developer Marshall CPD.

Deltec International, which has ten offices across the UK and operates in more than 200 countries worldwide, has signed a new nine-year lease for the 13,600 sq ft depot.

Hazel Cooper, of Carter Towler, said: "Despite the challenges brought about by the current Covid-19 situation, Marshall CDP have made excellent progress speculatively developing this business park. We are extremely pleased to see how well the scheme as a whole is progressing.

"The significant Enterprise Zone financial incentives, coupled with the high quality construction values and great location, are proving to be particularly attractive for companies looking for industrial space in the region."

Nick Arundel, of AWS, added: "It's great that Deltec International has chosen to open another branch and we're sure they will flourish here. The business park is attracting a lot of interest, we have also just agreed the sale of Unit 8 which is 20,000 sq ft and we will be announcing more deals very shortly I'm sure."

Construction is due to complete mid-January on Phase 2 of the development at South Kirkby Business Park. Carter Towler and AWS Ltd have been appointed to market the next three units.
