Leeds Beckett University Business Centre

The University Business Centre at Bond Terrace is open to any business and is delivered by Leeds Beckett University. It offers affordable office services and meeting space, as well as access to professional business lounges and meeting facilities, including at our site at the Advanced Skills and Innovation Centre.

The University Business Centre aims to be a supportive environment designed to accelerate growth and be part of a fantastic community of likeminded businesses sharing skills and collaborating.  Businesses can access business growth support, quality training and regular free networking events. Linking with the University can help you employ graduates, with qualifications relevant to your business, on either student placements or long-term contracts. We also work with a range of business partners to provide you with trusted legal, professional and financial advice.

The centre is located just a short walk away from Wakefield Westgate train station and within easy access of both Wakefield and Leeds city centre (11 minutes by train). The building benefits from on-site meeting facilities and break out areas.

Advanced Skills and Innovation Centre, Wakefield College, WF1 2DH

Leeds Beckett University has partnered with Wakefield College to launch a Business Centre, located in the new Advanced Skills & Innovation Centre at Wakefield College.

The site is targeted at early stage or start-up business looking to grow, offering the best possible start to set up and develop your business. The centre offers a co-working setting and those locating here can benefit from support, mentoring, advice and professional training from Leeds Beckett University. 

Wakefield College HE students and graduates are also entitled to FREE business support for an initial 6 month period including registered business address, hot-desk, mentoring, start-up workshops, and meeting facilities; or discounted rates for co-working or private office space.

The Plex

Tileyard Studios has a vision for this site to become a north of England hub to complement their already successful development in London Kings Cross.
