Bizzy Lasses is an informal group organised by local authorities in West Yorkshire who support and celebrate female entrepreneurs, women founders, and freelancers across the region.

Our aim is to provide advice and tips on improving your wellbeing when starting and running a business. Hear from other female entrepreneurs who have started their own small business and their experience of dealing with challenges such as balancing business and family life, feeling alone, coping with fear of failure, building a support network, motivational skills etc.
We are all working so hard, many jobs, many responsibilities and so little time. We are great at supporting others, but we also need to make time to have self-care and find support for ourselves.
Whether you’re a freelancer, a small business owner, or have a business idea you want help getting off the ground, join our events to connect with other businesswomen through some informal networking!
Our third event will be on Thursday the 16th of May 2024 in Wakefield and focus on topic/theme of event. Learn useful information, hints and tips from our guest speakers:
