Based at The Junction in Horbury, the new Trust Education branch accommodates a dedicated team of recruitment consultants and provides space to meet candidates in-person to discuss their specific recruitment needs.

Co-director of the agency, Barry Simmons, said: “Our new Wakefield office enables us to better support all the candidates and schools we already work with in and around towns like Wakefield, Pontefract, Huddersfield, Batley and Dewsbury.

Trust Education Ltd was founded in 2022 and has since attracted more than 500 candidates to its books and 100 partner schools. Its own team of recruitment consultants and support staff has grown from five to 13 since the agency launched.

The Junction office complex in Horbury is set in a former mill and features a café, gym facilities and terrace.

Trust Education has also opened an additional office in Chesterfield at Renishaw Hall Stable Block, Renishaw Park to consolidate and extend its reach South of Sheffield and across the East Midlands.

The agency supports short, medium and long-term recruitment for teaching, non-teaching and support roles in primary, secondary and SEND schools, as well as FE establishments.
