Strong Life Care appoints Paul Hunter as head of estates & facilities
Strong Life Care has appointed Paul Hunter as head of estates & facilities, further strengthening its senior leadership team as the organisation continues developing its care home portfolio across the North and the Midlands.
Hunter joins the Wakefield-headquartered operator with a broad professional background in estates and facilities management.
Having begun his career as a chef, he later progressed into facilities leadership and completed an MSc in Facilities Management at the University of Lincoln.
He also holds a range of sector-relevant qualifications, with experience spanning estates compliance, dementia-friendly environments and community-focused facilities management.
In his new role, he will oversee estates and facilities across Strong Life Care’s nine care homes, with responsibility for safety, sustainability, compliance and the ongoing development of high-quality, resident-centred environments.
Harpreet Banwait, Strong Life Care owner, said: “We are pleased to welcome Paul to the senior management team at an important stage in our journey.
“His experience and approach to estates and facilities will play a key role in supporting both quality of care and the wellbeing of our residents and teams.”
He added that Hunter’s appointment supports Strong Life Care’s long-term strategy of investing in leadership, infrastructure and quality as the organisation continues to strengthen its operational foundations and care environments.
The family-owned operator specialises in residential, dementia and complex care.
