ENABLE: ENABLE is a Wakefield Council initiative which aims to encourage the Emergency Services and Local Authorities around the Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshire regions to utilise unspent apprenticeship levy. This involves maximising the underspend of their Apprenticeship Levy accounts by transferring unspent funding to each other, thereby creating more opportunities within these very important services. These are the most needed and respected services in the UK.
