The West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter is an ambitious new initiative to promote all aspects of fair work and celebrate the great employers across our region that are already providing good jobs.
Developed hand-in-hand with employers, trade unions, business leaders, local business organisations, the public sector, and faith and voluntary organisations, the Charter has been designed for all types and sectors of business.
The West Yorkshire Charter supports their ambitions for a prosperous West Yorkshire – an inclusive economy with well paid jobs. It will support employers to develop good jobs, deliver opportunities for people to progress, and help employers to grow and succeed.
