Power Systems Technology Specialist Appoints Award-Winning Yorkshire Businesswoman as Non-Exec Chair

Multi-award-winning Jo Haigh is appointed to the Board of Fundamentals Limited as NonExecutive Chair. Fundamentals is a power systems technology specialist with bases in the UK and Australia.

Jo Haigh joins the Board of Fundamentals to support the continued growth and assist in realising the Company’s vision of becoming a world-class business and to further exploit their leading market position in electricity grid technology.

Jo is a highly experienced non-executive director, having served on over 40 boards throughout her career. Jo is a finalist for the 2021 Non-Executive Director Awards, in the category of Private/Private Equity Backed, which is in association with Peel Hunt and sponsored by The Sunday Times.

Fundamentals Ltd was founded in 1994 and has enjoyed continuous growth with the development of innovative voltage regulation solutions and now looks to embark on the next stage of growth with international expansion and portfolio development plans in place to exploit the very clear global opportunities relating to improving the health and performance of grids.
