Tileyard North partners with 2-Work

Flexible space provider 2-Work is set to provide coworking and office space at Tileyard North in Wakefield.

Tileyard North – the sister site to Tileyard London – provides a creative ecosystem for musicians, producers, artists, and various other creative professionals.

It features recording studios, creative workspace and an array of amenities tailored for their target occupants.

Tileyard North has now partnered with 2-Work to provided service space to encourage a cross-pollination of ideas and open a broader community within the grade II listed site.

In the first phase of the partnership, set to be operational this month (November 2023, 2-Work will create a combined space to include coworking, dedicated hot desking and private office suites ranging from 200 sq ft to 800-plus sq ft.

This will be supported by the offering of rentable meeting rooms and supremely soundproofed and fully equipped podcast studios and content spaces already housed within the Tileyard North site.

A second phase of space will be available next year with the provision of a new 40,000 sq ft building for which 2-Work plan to operate a floor of flexible suites for businesses that want to base themselves at the heart of a creative community.
